Whilst we tend to cater for EM (electro-mechanical) pinball machines we can occasionally undertake work on solid state (SS) type machines as well. But if we are very busy, then we suggest you try New Forest Pinball as they specialise in SS and Dot-Matrix (DM) type machines. Our Standard Overhaul Service

You might own a machine that used to play well when you first bought it but now it’s sluggish, some features have stopped working and is generally tired. You might be tired of constantly trying to repair it yourself of having to pay somebody for costly repairs and then it breaks down with another fault sometime later.

If that applies to you, then consider our overhaul service. It is a very comprehensive, cost-effective process. As a general guide, our price for a single-player machine, is £1450/1550  INCLUDING PARTS.

Multi-player machines will cost a little more, chiefly due to their being more complex.

All new parts fitted during overhaul are sourced from licenced suppliers in the USA so you can be assured of quality throughout.

Please get in touch for more information, or read through the actual specification here: Overhaul specification

Restoration Work

Is your machine no longer looking its best? Worn playfield perhaps, cabinet artwork scratched and damaged? Or does your back-glass look poor, from sun fading or loss of it’s artwork ink in places?

If so, then please look at our restoration page. There are some examples of what can be achieved and if that is of interest to you, then please get in touch.

General Repairs & fault advice
We are always happy to try and help you, even if you are not a customer. We take the view that if somebody has been helped and perhaps wants to purchase a machine at a later time or perhaps have one of our services done to their machine, good service is not forgotten. So, if you have a general repair or fault enquiry, then please contact us and we shall try to help you.
Many faults can be resolved over a telephone or Whatsapp type video call. If we can spend a few minutes here and there and quickly resolve your problem over the phone, etc then we do not ask any charge for this but if you would want to make a token payment for our help, then we would ask that you make it to our favoured local animal charity instead, ButtercupsButtercups is a very worthy animal sanctuary. Why not take the family there for a visit and see the good work that is done.
